Lack of confidence and nerves can hold you back in life professionally and personally.  Many famous people have issues with stage fright and have used hypnotherapy to overcome this wobble in their confidence.   

The subconscious mind can develop some very unhelpful ways of keeping us safe and one of these is to stop us from putting ourselves out there.  

However staying home and never trying anything new is not the best way to get the most out of life.
