This is so true.  Think about it for a moment. 

Our thoughts affect our emotions.

Our emotions affect our behaviour.

Our behaviour affects our relationships, work, health, happiness. 

This tends to become a cycle.  Upwards or downwards.  

We can take control of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours even if they are established patterns.  

We have the power to change the way we think, the way we feel and the way we behave.  We have the power to change our lives, to grow and to thrive.
