Why Diets don’t work…

For most of us at some stage in our lives, it is quite normal to see a temporary increase in our weight, maybe due to an all-inclusive holiday or the festive period. But, for others this is just the beginning of a downward spiral into obesity.

The real truth is, Diets do not tend to give sustainable results. The word itself fills the majority of people with dread, symbolising the beginning of Cutting down, Cutting out, Depriving, Measuring and counting. The negativity and monotony has already set in before you have even attempted the million pound mass fruit and veg shop, which inevitably will rot in the fruit bowl.
