"Amazing, life changing experience. I had three sessions with Lucy, the third was more for my peace of mind. I went to Lucy for fear of flying, I had two plane journeys the beginning of the year and developed a phobia, I had a panic attack for the first time in my life on the plane and with a once in a lifetime trip to Lapland with all of my family planned I genuinely didn't think I could go. I explained all this to Lucy and she said she could help. The sessions were the highlight of my week, so relaxing and helpful and Lucy recorded them for me to listen back to if I wanted to and I did religiously just because I enjoyed them so much. I had previously felt anxious at the thought of anybody getting on a plane not just me and spent a week trying to calm down from the last flight. My sessions were so personalised, Lucy remembered all the details, who was going on my trip, who I was sitting with, my children and family's names etc and she incorporated it all into my therapy. I am so proud to say I just got back from Lapland and I had no anxiety in the 6 week build up where as I did before. I was able to manage everything on the flight that usually makes me anxious. I even got up and went to the toilet which I would never have been able to do before. I took pictures out the window, sung jingle bells with the whole plane and I smiled and laughed with my family. The things that made me terrified only brought me slight discomfort for a second and I was easily able to reassure myself. The flight went really quickly as well. I also did not even think about the flight home whilst I was there. Lucy is kind, caring and considerate and has honestly been there for any queries or questions I had that cropped up in between sessions. It is evident she is passionate about her work. Thank you so much Lucy for making a lifelong dream a reality."

"I had my first session with Lucy a few months ago after a long battle with Ketamine addiction had allowed me to slip into a routine of procrastination and avoidance. Whilst I was already making personal progress with my addiction, I felt I needed extra support to secure my sobriety and ensure I didn’t see myself slip back into old habits when things got difficult, as this is not the first time I’ve tried to get clean. I have been able to stay sober since this session, marking this as my longest sober period in at least 5 years. After one session I’ve seen a significant improvement in the way I react to negative thoughts, and feel as though my mindset has changed towards my goals of not only staying sober but getting my life back on track. I came to our first session desperately wanting to and feeling ready to change, but with intense doubts of my own will power and what help was even possible. This process has exceeded my expectations and I find myself a lot less doubtful in general, especially of my own ability and mental strength, as if some kind of mental reinforcement. On top of seeing actual results after a single session, Lucy is incredibly kind and lovely to work with - nothing like judgemental and intolerant therapists, counsellors etc I have worked with in the past. Now that I have gained control over my addiction, I look forward to my next session with Lucy which will be focused around keeping myself organised and preparing for a new, organised, busier and drug free lifestyle! Sleep Well course - "As someone with highly suspected ADHD and insomnia which runs in my family I was sceptical as to how well it would work with me. However, I found it to be such a brilliant way to completely focus on the great tools she uses to help you achieve the sleep you deserve. It helps that her voice is extremely soothing even regardless of the fabulous content! If you are struggling with sleeping I really couldn't recommend it more highly!"

"Having recently been diagnosed with an incurable condition I was very down and finding life extremely taxing as well as experiencing daily nerve pain. I was a bit skeptical at first as obviously the nhs leads you more down a medical pathway than holistic remedies but lucy was so patient and really talked me through the method behind what she was doing. After 2 sessions I noticed an improvement of my mood and motivation and on the 3rd session she taught me some pain management things I could do on my own. The effect of that truly amazed me allowing me to lower the dosage of my medication significantly!
